Thyristorized Phase Angle Control Unit – Electronic control card designed for heater power regulation with 4–20 mA input signal and 0–230 V AC output, capable of handling maximum current up to 6 A.
Process Storage Tank with Heater – Polypropylene (PP) storage tank with 25–30 liter capacity, wall thickness 3–5 mm, integrated with an electric heating element for temperature control experiments.
Electrical Control Panel – Industrial MS powder-coated panel enclosure fitted with switches, indicators, test points, and front-mounted PID controller. Internal wiring arranged with 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 sq.mm multi-strand cables, properly ferruled and routed through cable trays.
PID Temperature Controller – Digital PID controller with universal / 4–20 mA input, 4–20 mA output, and dual digital display for Process Value (PV) and Set Point (SP) monitoring and control.

Centrifugal Pump System – ½ HP centrifugal pump operating on single-phase 230 V AC supply, surface-mounted configuration for continuous liquid circulation.
Mechanical Structure – Floor-mounted mild steel (MS) industrial structure with rigid frame design supported by four heavy-duty caster wheels with locking and brake mechanism for stability and mobility.
Integrated Process Control Setup – Complete experimental setup combining heating system, flow control, temperature measurement, PID control, and electronic power regulation for studying temperature process control applications.
